Refunds:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all our products. To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order. They will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization number.
Once you have obtained the return authorization number, please securely package the item and ship it back to us. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all the original packaging. Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the refund criteria.
If the item is deemed eligible for a refund, we will process the refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returns:
In addition to refunds, we also offer returns for products that may have arrived damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. They will assist you in arranging the return and provide you with a return authorization number.
Once you have obtained the return authorization number, please securely package the item and ship it back to us. Our team will inspect the item upon receipt to confirm the damage or defect. If the item is found to be damaged or defective, we will either replace it or provide you with a full refund, including any shipping fees incurred.
